Enchiladas Rancheras

Pork-tips/carnitas mixed with grilled onions, bell peppers, tomatoes with three cheese enchiladas filled with oozing melted cheese topped with original made cheese dip and red mild enchilada red sauce. Served with rice and guacamole salad.
